Cancellation Policy

Hey! I understand, "Life Happens." That said, as a Sole Practitioner, 100% of my income comes from my valued clients (psssttt.... that's YOU!). When you cancel on short notice, or simply no show, my livelihood is jeopardized. You're also taking time away from another person who could benefit from my care. I have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, our any reason, you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. If you cancel or NO SHOW with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Seriously, ANY REASON (illness, decided to sleep in, surprise getaway), you will be charged. The LONE EXCEPTION being, if you fill your spot, I'll waive the fee. :-) My (and your) most valuable resource is TIME. Time spent gives no refunds. Now, the plus? I will also honor this policy. I value your time. If for any reason I cancel or reschedule on you in short notice, less than 48 hours, your next massage will be discounted 50%, less than 24 hours, your next massage is FREE! Fairplay, right? I seek to foster a relationship with my clients built on mutual trust and respect. Thank you in advance, for valuing my time.
